Illness and quarantine are never convenient. Thanks to families who contacted the school right away and for families being understanding of these unique times. God is good! We will make it through. Parents and students under quarantine received an email from me Friday morning with basic instructions. A few tips:
KIDS:
- start your day with a devotion!! Maybe read a page of your devo journal or check out this site:
- check email and your "Assignments to Turn In" doc each morning
- look back at Assignment sheet regularly, plans may change (see tabs at bottom for week)
- watch lesson videos before attempting homework if there is a video
- send back work in person or email photos if they are not digital assignments
- due dates are "flexible" - work one day at a time.
- Teachers are hear to help!! Attend the "Open House" zooms. Email questions
PARENTS:
- Pick up materials in the office foyer between 3:00-3:30 p.m.
- Drop off HW in the office either before or after school or help your child email photos
- Monday pickup should have most materials for the week. Teachers will email if anything new needs to be picked up later in the week.

This week was pretty exciting. Joyful noise is practicing for lessons and carols. We started rehearsing for our advent service with the 5th graders. We also started a fun Christmas art project. We got to use microscopes in Science. Although it was shorter than usual we had a great week. That's all for this week.
