We began the season of Lent with Ash Wednesday. Mrs. Kuhlmann led chapel and helped us see that this is a time for us to remember just why Jesus came to die for us - sinners. Yet we know the end of the story. Jesus lives again on Easter and brings us salvation!!
What a blessing it was to be able to have Tuesday to celebrate the life of our beloved Mrs. Glover with colleagues and families. Thank you for helping accommodate an unexpected day off school.
This week 6th grade was hit hard with illness. Please remind students that we will work with them to get caught up. In general work through one day at a time on the Daily Assignment sheet as you get caught up. I would give priority to the research paper, math, and Science as those subjects build the most upon each other.
As we are stepping into the last 2 weeks of the quarter, remember that grades can be checked on Sycamore at any time, but may not reflect this past week’s grades until Monday.
