DONUTS FOR DADS - Wednesday
Wednesday Jan. 16 we invite dad, grandpa, or a special guest to come with your child to the church basement to enjoy a donut treat before school/work and let us thank you for being part of our lives. Come between 7:00 and 7:45 a.m. If you can, stay for chapel at 8:10. We'll grab you from the back of church as we go to chapel and you can sit with our class.
CHAPEL IN THE GYM??
This week was our Faith Family Chapel Activity. We started in the gym as Zion's Sanctuary is being re-carpeted. Then we moved to Faith Families for a devotion time. Kids learned about Bible Journaling. Bible Journaling is a way to gain a deeper connection to a Bible verse. The students made a bookmark with a verse and illustration. We then created butterflies to be used for our All School Cross for National Lutheran School’s Week. What a blessing to be able to gather with different students around God’s Word and have fellowship that builds our community.
