From the 6R bloggers: Haven & Liam
This week we did an art project about creating your own island,
you could put anything on your island. On Thursday we had a
tornado drill in the morning and at the end of the day we had a
massive study stack with 36 vocab words! We started reading
a new story called Becki and the Weel and Break Boys. We
ended Friday with a great climate social studies project. Have
a great weekend.
FIELD TRIP OCT. 10
* Be on the lookout for a pink flyer that went home today about our upcoming field trip to Weldon Spring Interpretive Center and Harvest Lanes on Oct. 10. Check the Field trip tab for more info.
WALKATHON FRIDAY!!
*A reminder: Our Zion Jr. High annual Walk-a-thon will be held next Friday, September 26, after an early lunch and the band send off! We are supporting Bethlehem Lutheran Church and School for tornado relief in the community and their growing school.
Dress down day - athletic bottoms (appropriate length please) and Zion Spirit wear tops
Bring a water bottle! Wear sunscreen!
